At a poker game with Roger and a couple of work friends, Stan reveals that he has never actually killed anyone. He was taunted so badly by the first enemy spy he was supposed to kill, that he couldn't do it. Every other kill in Stan's history has actually been the result of fortunate timing. His work friends and Roger are determined to get Stan his first kill. When Randy, a sex offender, moves into the neighborhood, it seems that he is a likely good target.
